Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, document, and improve complex software and its components;
- Contribute to the selection of software development standards, tools, and security practices;
- Identify and solve technical challenges in the development process;
- Review your own code and collaborate in reviewing peers’ code;
- Take part in creating and improving digital products and ensuring their quality;
- Make technical decisions, implement best practices, and maintain high-quality software architecture;
- Work in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment;
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements:
- Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience with web technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, or other modern technologies) and cloud platforms (Azure, Kubernetes);
- Solid understanding of software development processes, system integration, and architecture;
- Strong communication skills, ability to take initiative, and ownership of decisions;
- Willingness to contribute to impactful digital solutions and public sector digitalization;
- Team player with knowledge-sharing mindset;
- Experience leading or coordinating a team of developers is a strong advantage.
