Our client – an innovative and fast-growing company in the fintech sector – is on a mission to redefine digital operations through smart automation. As part of their growth, they’re seeking a Business Process Automation Engineer to join their Data Team and help drive the next generation of internal workflow automation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a problem-solver with a strong technical foundation in no-code/low-code tools and a passion for streamlining processes.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement scalable automation workflows using n8n and other automation platforms;
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical automation solutions;
    • Integrate workflows with data platforms and APIs (e.g., BigQuery, internal tools);
    • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing automations for stability and scalability;
    • Identify new opportunities for automation and process optimization across departments;
    • Develop custom connectors and integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, cloud services);
    • Document workflows, data flows, and technical specifications.

What We’re Looking For:

    • Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, Make.com, or similar platforms;
    • Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON;
    • Experience with scripting or backend languages (Node.js, Python, etc.) is a strong plus;
    • Familiarity with databases or data warehouses (SQL, BigQuery);
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
    • Strong analytical mindset and a systems-thinking approach;
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Bonus Points For:

    • Experience in fintech or banking operations;
    • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools;
    • Understanding of data privacy and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO27001, DORA).
