Our client – an innovative and fast-growing company in the fintech sector – is on a mission to redefine digital operations through smart automation. As part of their growth, they’re seeking a Business Process Automation Engineer to join their Data Team and help drive the next generation of internal workflow automation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a problem-solver with a strong technical foundation in no-code/low-code tools and a passion for streamlining processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable automation workflows using n8n and other automation platforms;
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical automation solutions;
- Integrate workflows with data platforms and APIs (e.g., BigQuery, internal tools);
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing automations for stability and scalability;
- Identify new opportunities for automation and process optimization across departments;
- Develop custom connectors and integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, cloud services);
- Document workflows, data flows, and technical specifications.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, Make.com, or similar platforms;
- Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON;
- Experience with scripting or backend languages (Node.js, Python, etc.) is a strong plus;
- Familiarity with databases or data warehouses (SQL, BigQuery);
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong analytical mindset and a systems-thinking approach;
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in fintech or banking operations;
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools;
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO27001, DORA).
