Our client is seeking an experienced UI/UX Lead Designer to lead the design and UX for a light-weight website revamp. This is a strategic project focused on aligning our site’s visual identity, messaging, and user journey with our updated brand direction. We're not doing a full redesign, but we want someone who can create a strong first impression, unify existing pages visually, and deliver a clean, conversion-oriented experience across devices.
What Will You Do:
- Refresh the homepage hero area, including tagline, subcopy, CTAs, illustrations, and customer logos. It should clearly communicate our value proposition and reflect our new brand tone.
- Update visual elements (fonts, components, spacing, colors) across key pages (product, use case, etc.) to create a unified and modern look, without a full redesign.
- Shape the user journey from landing → understanding value → taking action (e.g., request demo, explore product), with attention to mobile usability.
- Design and deliver UI components like buttons, tiles, cards, and forms. Follow visual guidance from our in-house designer and, if possible, organize assets in a Storybook-ready structure.
- Provide clean Figma files, specs, and exportable assets optimized for development with Next.js + Tailwind. No coding needed, but familiarity with modern front-end frameworks is important.
- If possible, assist in setting up or advising on A/B tests (e.g., hero subtitle, CTA placement) to help optimize for conversions
