The development team is responsible for building and maintaining key business systems that are considered critical to the organization’s continued growth and success.
In this role, you’ll be working on strategic projects focused on organizational planning and expansion. You will bring strong attention to detail, a sense of ownership, and a passion for clean, efficient code. Ideal candidates will have experience in Oracle development within an enterprise environment and be comfortable working independently or in collaboration with a cross-functional team.

Main Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle database solutions to support core business applications and processes.
    • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from analyzing business needs to delivering final solutions.
    • Deliver clean, optimized, and high-performing database code using best practices.
    • Own solutions end-to-end — from design through deployment and ongoing support.
    • Monitor and optimize database performance, resolving issues to ensure efficient operations.
    • Collaborate with the team on architectural decisions.
    • Estimate project effort and timelines accurately.
    • Contribute to process improvements within the team.
    • Work closely with other developers, system administrators, and analysts to meet project goals.

What We Expect:

    • Medium proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming.
    • Proven experience delivering IT solutions in fast-paced environments.
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Eagerness to share knowledge and grow together with the team.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Good English language skills (written and spoken).

What’s in It for You:

    • Freedom to apply your best ideas in practice.
    • Supportive and quality-driven work culture.
    • Collaborate with experienced and friendly IT professionals.
    • Flexible working hours and ownership of your results.
    • Access to professional development tools — from training and certifications to global conferences.
    • Enjoy team events, workshops, and engaging team-building activities.
    • Additional perks such as healthy snacks, coffee, team lunches, and more.
    • Opportunity to join the company’s 2025 team trip abroad!
    • Gross salary range: 2500–4200 EUR/month, based on experience and skills, plus performance-based bonuses.
