Sales Development Representative

As a member of the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, you will bridge the gap between sales and marketing.  You will be responsible for pursuing marketing qualified leads, continuing to qualify and prioritize the leads, building a sales qualified lead pipeline for our sales team, and securing meetings with the qualified leads.  You must be able to produce high-quality results with very little oversight.


    • Build a strong sales pipeline through outbound calling, email campaign management, and handling objections
    • Secure and schedule appointments with qualified leads for sales team
    • Educate and qualify prospects --- developing sales qualified leads and opportunities
    • Effectively prioritize and track a variety of leads through the qualification process
    • Research organizations and relationships between prospects to create a penetration strategy
    • Develop and revise qualification criteria and outreach collateral
    • Timely follow up to inbound website inquiries, marketing qualified leads, and referrals
    • Demonstrate the ability to address our potential customer's unique inquiries, while providing them with the proper information and appropriate solution based on the their specific needs and interests
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quota goals


    • BA/BS degree or equivalent
    • 2-3 years of experience as an SDR or similar role, preferably in the SaaS space
    • Proficiency with SalesforceExcellent verbal and written communication skills
    • High emotional intelligence and intuitive selling abilities
    • A hunter who can reach all levels of an organization
