Scaleway, a leading cloud service provider, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team. To support our growth we need a strategic actor to optimise and elevate our sales operations.

As Sales Operations Manager at Scaleway, you will have a key role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, suggest and guide process improvements, collaborate in the implementation of advanced sales technologies, and provide insights to help shape  our overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive initiatives to enhance sales productivity, streamline processes, and maximise revenue opportunities.
    • Use advanced analytics and BI tools like Tableau to provide actionable insights into sales performance, customer behaviours, and market trends.
    • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimise sales processes and measure the impact on revenue.
    • Collaborate in evaluating, implementing, and managing cutting-edge sales tools and technologies to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Drive the adoption of Salesforce as CRM and other sales-related tools (Outreach, Sales navigator, Marketing automation technologies).
    • Foster strong collaboration with marketing, sales and marketing operations.
    • Develop and improve a comprehensive account and lead management model (Account tiering and prioritisation; Lead Scoring).
    • Oversee data integrity within customer records in Salesforce.com and other systems.
    • Monitor system adoption and data compliance and governance.
    • Ensure proper lead and account management processes, metrics and policies.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
    • Extensive experience in sales operations, with a proven track record of success in a sales operations or revenue operations role.
    • Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and other sales technologies.
