As part of our expansion, we are creating a brand-new Marketplace Team dedicated to developing innovative solutions for marketplace platforms. This initiative aims to strengthen our market presence and provide cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

As the first technical member of this newly established team, you will have a unique opportunity to shape its culture, processes, and objectives. You will work closely with the founders and other teams to lay the foundation for a high-performing and cohesive team.

The Marketplace Team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining essential artifacts for marketplace platforms, ensuring quality, security, and scalability. Your role will be pivotal in building this team from the ground up and driving its technical vision.

🗓️ Your Daily Missions Include:

- Design, develop, and maintain essential artifacts for marketplace platforms, such as operating system images, container images, and artificial intelligence models.

- Collaborate with internal teams to understand specific needs and tailor artifacts accordingly.

- Ensure the quality, security, and scalability of the developed artifacts.

- Participate in the design and development of robust backend solutions, with a focus on automation and efficiency.

- Develop and maintain high-performance APIs for integration with various platforms and services.

- Work closely with frontend teams to ensure seamless integration and a consistent user experience.

- Work with cloud providers and PaaS platforms to deploy and manage scalable solutions.

- Use containerization technologies like Docker and orchestrators such as Kubernetes to ensure application portability and scalability.

- Actively participate in team meetings, code reviews, and planning sessions to ensure progress aligned with project objectives.

- Collaborate with diverse profiles across the company, sharing knowledge and contributing to a continuous learning environment.

- Demonstrate autonomy and adaptability in the face of technical challenges, proposing innovative and effective solutions.

- Identify and resolve technical issues quickly, minimizing operational impact and ensuring system reliability.

🔍 About You:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Go and Python.

Experience with SQL databases and Git version control.

Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems.

Experience in developing and maintaining APIs.

Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.

Autonomy and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.

Experience in backend development with a focus on cloud environments.

Familiarity with marketplace platforms and the creation of container images.

Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems scalability.
