Eyeline Studios is seeking an experienced and innovative Volumetric Capture Supervisor to lead our volumetric capture operations at our cutting-edge Korean stage. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in volumetric capture technologies and workflows, strong leadership skills, and a passion for advancing the boundaries of virtual production.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, setup, calibration, and operation of volumetric capture systems on stage.
- Supervise a team of volumetric capture technicians, camera operators, and data wranglers.
- Collaborate closely with directors, VFX supervisors, and production teams to ensure capture requirements are met.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure high-quality data capture throughout production.
- Manage data workflows, including storage, transfer, and quality control of captured assets.
- Coordinate with post-production teams to ensure seamless integration of volumetric assets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in volumetric capture.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and studio policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in volumetric capture, motion capture, or related virtual production environments.
- Strong understanding of camera systems, lighting, 3D capture technologies and photogrammetry.
- Familiarity with volumetric capture software (e.g., Reality Capture, Metashape, Gaussian Splats, or similar).
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours as required by production schedules.
- Fluency in both English and Korean.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Computer Graphics, Engineering, or related field. (Preferred)
- Experience working on international productions or in multicultural environments. (Preferred)
- Passion for innovation in digital media and storytelling. (Preferred)

- 캡처 요구 사항이 충족될 수 있도록 감독, VFX 슈퍼바이저, 제작팀과 긴밀히 협업합니다.
- 제작 전반에 걸쳐 기술적 문제를 트러블슈팅하고, 고품질 데이터 캡처를 보장합니다.
- 캡처된 자산의 저장, 전송, 품질 관리를 포함한 데이터 워크플로우를 관리합니다.
- 볼류메트릭 자산이 원활하게 통합될 수 있도록 후반 작업팀과 협력합니다.
- 업계 동향, 신기술, 볼류메트릭 캡처 분야의 최적 관행을 지속적으로 파악하고 유지합니다.
- 안전 프로토콜 및 스튜디오 정책을 준수하도록 합니다.
자격요건
- 볼류메트릭 캡처, 모션 캡처 또는 관련 가상 프로덕션 환경에서의 입증된 경력
- 카메라 시스템, 라이팅, 3D 캡처 기술 및 포토그래메트리에 대한 높은 이해
- 볼류메트릭 캡처 소프트웨어(예: Reality Capture, Metashape, Gaussian Splats 등) 사용 경험
- 빠르게 변화하는 제작 환경에서 팀을 관리한 경험
- 뛰어난 문제 해결 능력, 커뮤니케이션 능력, 조직력
- 제작 일정에 따라 유연하게 근무할 수 있는 능력
- 영어와 한국어 모두에 능통한 자
- 영화 제작, 컴퓨터 그래픽, 공학 또는 관련 분야의 학사 학위 (우대)
- 국제 프로젝트 또는 다문화 환경에서의 근무 경험 (우대)
- 디지털 미디어와 스토리텔링 분야의 혁신에 대한 열정 (우대)
