Job Summary
Our Product Designer will lead our efforts to make our user experience stunning and seamless. This role will lead product design initiatives across web, mobile, and digital platforms and is responsible for conducting user interviews, collecting analytics, designing creative elements, and transforming the experience of our members and employees.
This is a hands-on design role where you will drive the creative and iterative process. You will immerse yourself in all aspects of end-to-end experience design, using storyboards, journey maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to communicate design ideas and direction - through to helping us engineer and build the experience you design.

Your Projects
- Work with engineering and programs to transform our Member Portal web app into a more intuitive and stylish application–developing and implementing concepts to bring our roadmap to life
- Work with marketing to synthesize a consistent brand experience across our website, web app, and digital assets
- Analyze web analytics, user behavior, and user interviews to inform product design decisions
What You'll Need - Technical
- Experience designing beautiful and engaging websites and graphics
- Ability to analyze systems and solutions to propose design elements that are feasible in our tech stack (Airtable, Softr.io, Zapier, miniExtensions, Copper CRM, and MailChimp)
- Experience designing high-fidelity product wireframes using Figma or similar software
- Extensive graphic design experience
- Experience compiling research from a variety of sources
