As a Research Associate - NGS, you will operate on the NGS team and help to process samples, library preparations, quality control and sequencing. You will help to determine the optimal sequencing strategy and vendors. You will be responsible for optimizing sequencing workflows and validating novel NGS technologies.

As part of our team, you will use SOPs to prepare and sequence our NGS libraries and optimize and improve our NGS workflows/SOPs in creative ways.

Qualifications:

- BS/MS with 3+ years experience

- Hands on NGS experience (sample processing, library prep)

- Experience with RNA and DNA sequencing

- Familiarity with long read sequencing platforms
