As Research Associate, you will 

Perform protein purification in batch, FPLC, biochemical assays, protein screening assays and/or directed evolution of proteins

Perform bacterial culture for protein expression and cloning

Must have experience in DNA and RNA isolation of DNA and RNA, oligo design, Sanger sequencing, various cloning techniques including Golden Gate, Gibson, restriction enzyme digestion etc. 

Familiar with CRISPR

NGS experience a plus

Must have interest in agriculture technology and plant biology

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years lab experience or Master’s degree with at least 1 year of lab experience
