Overview
Office-based sourcing role focused on critical infrastructure programs. You’ll lead competitive sourcing and supplier performance across electrical, HVAC, life safety, telecom, and power distribution categories—partnering with engineering and project teams to secure compliant, on-time, cost-effective materials and equipment.

What You’ll Do
Build and manage a qualified supplier base across OEMs, integrators, and distributors.
Run RFQs/RFPs, evaluate technical/commercial compliance, negotiate pricing/terms, and place POs.
Drive category strategies, frame agreements, and KPI management (OTD, quality, service, risk).
Collaborate with engineering on spec clarifications, alternates, and value-engineering opportunities.
Coordinate releases, logistics, and expediting across multiple concurrent programs.
Maintain accurate ERP/analytics for commitments, deliveries, changes, and cash-flow planning.

Requirements
Mid-level buyer with strong domain knowledge in electrical/HVAC/life safety/telecom/power distribution.
Proven negotiation, supplier development, and multi-project expediting skills.
Comfortable partnering with OEMs, integrators, and distributors (distributor background highly valued).
Proficiency with ERP/procurement tools and data-driven decision making.
