A fast-paced, growth-oriented company in the dental technology space is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Huntsville, AL office. This is an on-site role, and we are specifically looking for candidates who are local to the area and ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to office staff and leadership
Manage inbound calls and emails with a friendly and professional demeanor
Maintain accurate records and data entry using Excel and other systems
Handle scheduling, filing, and general office coordination tasks
Support customer inquiries with a high standard of service
Take initiative on ad-hoc projects and assist in areas that need attention
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Experience in the dental industry is preferred but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to learn new systems quickly
Outstanding customer service and phone communication skills
Friendly, professional, and easy to collaborate with
Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and dependable
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Willing to jump in on additional projects and contribute beyond the core job description

This position is based in our Huntsville office and is not remote
