The SIOP Analyst where you'll play a critical role in aligning supply chain planning with operational success. You’ll lead our Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process and own inventory strategy across product lines.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
·      Lead the monthly SIOP process to align demand forecasts with production and inventory strategies.
·      Own inventory visibility, health, and replenishment for all product categories.
·      Analyze trends, historical data, and seasonality to drive accurate forecasts and demand plans.
·      Translate demand into production and purchasing actions in collaboration with Procurement and Manufacturing.
·      Monitor and optimize inventory KPIs (turns, days’ supply, aging, excess/obsolete, stockouts).
·      Align inventory strategy with working capital and service-level goals.
·      Own and maintain the item master for both cabinet and liquid products, ensuring accurate classification, costing, and system setup in NetSuite OneWorld.
·      Conduct and maintain margin analysis across all finished goods, including both manufactured and resale products, to ensure accurate cost management and profitability tracking.
·      Troubleshoot and resolve planning issues tied to ERP or data inconsistencies.
·      Build and deliver dashboards, reports, and analytics to support decision-making.
·      Partner with the Director of Sales, Director of Purchasing, and Accounting to ensure cross-functional alignment.

Ability to communicate and work with employees at all levels, vendors, consultants, and key stakeholders across departments.
 
Qualifications
 
·       7–15 years of experience in inventory management, demand planning, or SIOP.
·       Hands-on experience managing planning and inventory across complex product lines.
·       Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite preferred), advanced Excel skills.
·       Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
 
Education And/Or Experience
 
·      Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
·      APICS certifications (CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD) are a plus.
·      Experience in both make-to-order and make-to-stock environments.
·      Working knowledge with NetSuite OneWorld or similar ERP platforms

This role is typically based in an office environment but also requires providing hands-on support in warehouse areas where loud machinery and industrial equipment may be present.
