What you'll do
As part of our Loan Guides team, you will work with our borrowers to help them understand their loans. You will be an advocate for our borrowers, both internally and with our external partners. As the first line of communications for Scratch, you'll work directly with borrowers to address issues, answer questions and incorporate feedback into our continuously evolving platform via the phone, email, and chat. You will move at a fast pace, showing a passion for learning new things while displaying empathy in interactions with our borrowers.

Your day-to-day:

    • Early stage collections and default management via phone
    • Engage directly with borrowers to answer questions and solve problems via email, chat, and phone
    • Continuously provide feedback on our training programs for new borrower support reps

What we’re looking for:

    • Fluency in both verbal and written Spanish and English
    • 1+ year experience in a support function
    • 1+ year experience in a collections a plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with Zendesk a plus
    • Fintech and collections experience a plus
