    • Your focus will be on making these deployments secure, efficient, and repeatable across AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Azure.
    • Balance innovation with delivery: Strategically prioritize and manage the Platform roadmap, ensuring a thoughtful balance between developing new platform features and improvements and delivering on specific contractual obligations and customer-driven requirements.
    • Understand global government and defense environments: Gain a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of deploying and maintaining software in diverse government environments, including classified networks, air-gapped systems, and various cloud deployments (e.g., AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, GCP Public Sector, international government clouds).
    • Collaborate across the ecosystem: Partner with other pms, engineering, security, sales, and customer success teams to ensure Game Warden effectively serves both our software customers and their government end-users around the globe.
    • Gather and analyze market insights: Conduct market research and engage directly with customers and stakeholders to identify unmet needs, define clear product requirements, and prioritize initiatives that deliver maximum value for the Platform.
    • Measure and optimize: Monitor key performance indicators, analyze platform usage, and gather feedback to continuously improve the platform’s performance, security, and user experience.
    • Communicate with impact: Articulate complex technical and compliance concepts clearly to diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior leadership and external partners.

Skills You’ll Bring to Our Team

    • Understanding of APIs, SDKs, infrastructure as code (IaC), and cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
    • Prior experience building or managing products for air-gapped, low-connectivity, or highly secure networks such as on-premises government systems or secure defense networks.
    • A self-starter with a proactive mindset who isn't afraid to take initiative and suggest improvements.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non technical stakeholders; translating complex technical information into clear business terms for stakeholders.
