We're seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Content Platform squad. This role is for a hands-on leader who will be instrumental in helping to deliver our product roadmap, mentoring a talented team, and contributing directly to the software that delivers engaging security training to our customers. In this role you will:

    • Lead and empower a squad of engineers, fostering a culture of high performance, psychological safety, and continuous learning, with an emphasis on collective success and shared accountability.
    • Drive the technical and architectural direction for the Content Platform squad, ensuring projects are flexible, robust, and maintainable over time.
    • Act as a key partner in shaping our product roadmap and run essential team rituals like Standups, Planning, Grooming, and Delivery Reviews to ensure the team is aligned and unblocked.
    • Mentor and coach engineers, creating individualized development plans to help them grow in their careers.
    • Contribute hands-on to software development within the squad's remit, helping the team achieve its goals and driving efficiency.
    • Planning and execution tracking, ensuring high priority features are delivered on time.
    • Foster knowledge sharing within the squad through pairing programming sessions and documentation.

Who you are:

    • A seasoned engineer (8+ years) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in software engineering.
    • (Optional) 2+ years of experience in managing a team.
    • A power user of modern AI coding tools (Copilot / Cursor / RooCode / OpenCode / Claude Code).
    • Have built AI projects/products (either professional or out of own interest).
    • Passion for driving efficiency in software development, coupled with a results-oriented mindset.
    • A strong technical profile, able to act as a fair judge during technical discussions and provide architectural leadership.
