We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of new products, from discovery to launch and beyond. You’ll work closely with our customers and cross-functional teams to explore, iterate, and build products that simplify security and compliance for thousands of businesses. This role will report to the VP of Product and requires customer obsession, high-level strategic thinking, and focused execution.
This role is fully remote in the United States or Canada.
Annual Compensation for this role is $150, 000 - $200,000
What you'll do
- Develop a compelling & data-driven vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area of product ownership
- Synthesize customer pain points, user research, analysis, and stakeholder feedback into clear and concise PRDs
- Drive end-to-end product & feature development by working cross-functionally with Engineering and Design
- Partner with Product Marketing and other go-to-market teams (Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success) to launch new product initiatives
- Become an expert on the Secureframe product, the markets we compete in, and deeply understand our customers
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of working in high-growth, enterprise SaaS product management organizations
- A proven track record of doing R&D work for new, innovative products in an unexplored space
- Experience identifying or advocating for new areas of business that address customer pain points
- Entrepreneurial drive, passion about our mission, and deep empathy for our customers
- Self-driven with a sense of urgency and a knack for tackling unexpected problems
- Curiosity, resourcefulness, and a desire to grow
- Excitement for working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
