We are hiring a Marketing Director to build our marketing function. In this role, you will lead our marketing efforts and drive Seedify’s growth and brand presence across de-fi and beyond. You will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate Seedify’s profile, foster ecosystem growth, and support the successful
launch of our cutting-edge offerings. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, partners, and the community to create impactful campaigns that align with our strategic goals and resonate with diverse audiences.
What you will do:
o Develop and execute long-term marketing strategies that align with Seedify's vision, growth objectives, and ultimately our TVL.
o Shape Seedify’s brand narrative and positioning within the Launchpad and Incubation space.
o Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across Seedify’s products
o Utilize campaigns, events, conferences, and content marketing to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
o Analyze and measure the e<ectiveness of marketing campaigns using data- driven insights to optimize future strategies.
o Develop and execute a community marketing strategy that leverages platforms such as blogs, Discord, Twitter and other relevant channels.
o Establish Seedify as a thought leader through brand marketing initiatives, including sponsorships, events, and partnerships.
o Management, manage end-to-end seller influencer projects from conceptualization, and execution, to reporting.
o Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless
integration of influencer marketing initiatives with broader campaigns.
What we are looking for:
o Hands on experience in B2C performance marketing roles within DeFi or a transferable environment
o Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, including user acquisition and product adoption.
o Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and the broader cryptocurrency landscape.
o Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
o Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
o Passion for web3 technology and a deep understanding of its potential impact on the future of finance and technology.
o A good eye for design and past design experience would be a plus
o Experience working with Launchpads beneficial
o Established relationships within the Web3 community
o Experience in event management and community building is a plus
o Proven track record in managing influencer campaigns, with specific expertise in collaborating with crypto influencers or within the blockchain/crypto industry.
