Seer is a remote first agency and Certified B-Corp with team members working across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in Philadelphia or San Diego.

Your compensation and benefits will look like...

    • $75,000-$102,000/annually. Your final offered compensation will be determined by your skills and experience
    • Evaluation of comp at least once a year

Here are some highlights of what you’ll be doing…

    • You’ll manage 4-6 mid-size enterprise accounts, getting deeply ingrained with their business goals and helping to craft Seer’s overarching holistic strategy for tackling them
    • You may also support a larger complex client account, growing your consulting experience even further with the guidance and mentorship of Client Engagement leadership
    • You’ll work with multi-disciplinary teams (100% digital) across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Analytics, and Creative-- ensuring all channels are highly integrated and closely aligned to overarching client goals
    • You’ll lead internal teams of 6-10+ ensuring seamless integration and communication both internally and in our client presentation
    • You’ll develop deep expertise in the client’s business and industry, bubbling up relevant insights, challenges, and opportunities that deepen our client partnership
    • You’ll develop deep knowledge and understanding of the digital channels that support your client’s business, hopping into data visualization dashboards to unpack strategy and ensure our recommendations are rooted in data
    • You know successful marketing campaigns require integrating data, and you aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves with our data team to architect a solution
    • You’ll be responsible for client retention, portfolio revenue growth targets, and account profitability
    • You will travel to visit client locations, based on business needs, up to 10%

    • You have a strong background in account management and client services, particularly in the digital marketing industry. You've successfully juggled multiple clients and are adept at collaborating in a cross-functional capacity
    • You have a knack for simplifying complex concepts and commanding a room. You're at ease presenting and engaging with everyone, from your day-to-day contacts to C-level executives
    • Your exceptional organizational skills ensure that projects stay on track, and other team members have the tools they need to succeed
    • Leveraging your experience in managing client accounts end-to-end and your understanding of your clients' marketing tech stack, you are primed to develop innovative solutions that perfectly align with your clients' objectives
    • You take client retention, efficiency, and revenue growth seriously. Backed by strong performance metrics, you are energized by being held responsible for these KPIs
