You, the Digital Measurement Solutions Associate of our dreams, are a data magician. You help your clients make better data-based decisions by turning a pile of numbers into an actionable business recommendation. There’s nothing more satisfying than directly impacting ROI by drawing insights from a variety of metrics.  Your passion for tracking data paired with your understanding of business makes you a force to be reckoned with in the Web Analytics space. You’re technically savvy, data-driven, and an exceptional communicator.

Your compensation and benefits will look like...

    • $65,000-$73,000 / year - We recognize that this is above the current market salary for this role. Read our founder's LinkedIn post and article to learn more about our 'why' behind this decision

Here are some highlights of what you'll be doing...

    • You get excited about auditing a new or existing client’s Universal Google Analytics, Google Analytics 4, or Adobe Analytics implementation to identify gaps, find technical issues with the code or configuration, and ultimately recommend the best feasible technical solution
    • In partnership with a Digital Measurement Solutions Account Manager, you’ll transform client business goals into into a Measurement Strategy and translate that into an actionable Measurement Implementation Plan
    • Over time, you’ll grow into designing these implementations and executing them in toolsets like Google Tag Manager, Tealium, and maybe even Adobe Launch.
    • You’ll partner with Seer’s SEO + PPC Teams to support ongoing client needs, including implementing new measurement to support their goals, and troubleshooting analytics tracking issues
    • You’ll help clients identify opportunities and easy wins by tracking everything from traffic source or marketing campaigns to more challenging measurement solutions like user ID, customer type, and ecommerce transactions
    • You’ll create reports in tools like Google Data Studio or PowerBI that enable clients to get at a glance performance on their key business metrics
    • You’ll gain experience working with developers to implement our more complex tagging challenges

The skills you'll bring to the table...

    • Your Universal Analytics (UA) Google Analytics skills are already pretty impressive. You could practically set-up properties, views and advanced filters in your sleep. You may even have experience in a tool like Adobe Analytics, Piwik Pro, or Amplitude
    • While you may not have as much experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) as you do with UA; you’re familiar with what makes GA4 different from UA and may have even worked in GA4 already
    • You understand what Google Tag Manager is used for and are excited to learn how to deploy implementation in it if you haven’t already You’ll learn to identify possible website issues with Google Tracking Scripts through the help of Google Tag Assistant and the Dev Console
    • Your attention to detail always comes in handy, whether you’re analyzing data or creating professional, client-ready documents. Nothing slips through the cracks on your watchIf Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets were video-games, then you’d feel confident playing on the ‘Intermediate’ level
    • When it comes to your communication style, you’ve always considered yourself a chameleon. 
    • You seamlessly adapt to your client’s communication style through emails or Slack and while on calls. Working across a cross-functional team is a piece of cake because you’re able to adapt to your audience
