Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, you will be in charge of the accounting management for the Order-to-Cash process for some of the companies in the group.

As a Responsable Comptable Client, you will :

    • Management of the Customers' finance team (2 or 3 people), composed of accountants and sales administration
    • Monitoring of aging balance and reconciliation with accounting, as well as the follow-up of reminders
    • Monitoring payments platforms with accounting, and managing reporting issues from these payment platforms
    • Participating in the estimation of provisions (deferred revenue, customers’ depreciation…) for monthly and annual closing
    • Participating in the establishment of reliable and secure administrative and accounting procedures
    • Being the key contact for processes questions from all Sendinblue members

What will contribute to your success:

    • You have a degree (Bac+3 or equivalent) in Accounting
    • You have a minimum experience of 4/5 years in a company or accounting firm, with a similar role (accounting in a SAAS business is a very strong plus)
    • You are meticulous and organized, and you have good adaptability and analytical skills
    • You speak English (our team is international, and so are our customers !)
    • You are familiar with Excel, and Netsuite or ERP is a big plus, more generally you are comfortable with the use of software solutions (implementation, daily use)
    • You are willing to grow up in a scale-up environment, dynamic and friendly
