We’re looking for a Technical Deliverability Manager, who will contribute to build the engineering vision, strategy on delivery/deliverability, and anti-fraud features of the company, but also will actively participate in handling Deliverability escalations from our Customer Care and Customer Success teams and participating into designing proper Deliverability onboarding for our key customers.

Responsibilities:

    • Understand the email delivery/deliverability constraints, and translate them into possible improvements to facilitate our email sending customer’s life.
    • Understand the types of frauds that a self service platform like Sendinblue could be used for, and propose measures to prevent them from happening.
    • Understand and suggest improvements on the existing anti-fraud algorithms, and be proactive by proposing alternatives.
    • Solve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
    • Understand, analyze, and resolve Deliverability issues reported via tickets by our Support and CSM teams for our clients.
    • Advise, and guide our CSMs with new customers Deliv onboarding, with warmups, deliverability constraints, and good email marketing practices.

Our Deliverability technical stack :

    • Golang, PHP, NodeJs, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, BigQuery, Pub/Sub

Profile:

    • Deliverability consultant/CSM with technical knowledge (personal and/or professional).
    • Good knowledge of PHP, being able to fully understand existing code. 
    • Skills on PowerMTA, Postfix or other MTA in a large scale production environment would be a nice have.
    • Anti-fraud skills would be a plus.
    • Autonomy, excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills, with the ability to move cleanly from theoretical to implementation thinking.
    • Self-motivated and self-managing, with strong organizational skills.
    • Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions
    • Experience in production with running large distributed systems. 
    • Highly positive attitude and ability to build conducive working relationships with colleagues from all levels.
    • Good English communication, written and verbal.
    • English is the main language inside the team and the company.
