We are looking for a Product Marketing Director to lead the Product Marketing team and to define and drive the go-to-market strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the product story of the current and future offerings of Sendinblue. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, and as a part of the Marketing team, this role will be at the intersection between Marketing, Product, and Customers, voicing customer needs and aligning them to both Product efforts and Marketing activities.
As an expert on our B2B SaaS-based products and solutions, you will help to identify and define buying personas and segments across different industries and company sizes. You will be responsible for creating consistent positioning, product messaging, go-to-market plans, and sales and marketing materials to target those individuals, industries, and use cases. 
You will also serve as a subject matter expert supporting Sales and Marketing teams for any external-facing product-related content. 


    • Define and shape the product messaging & positioning in alignment with our brand using relevant segmentation and buyer personas to communicate how Sendinblue differentiates itself with the rest of the market. 
    • Build strong partnerships with the product team to craft the product story and messaging framework while ensuring consistency across channels, audiences, and segments.  
    • Create and deliver sales and marketing materials and programs including product pages, newsletters, presentations, and all other product-related content to improve product knowledge, feature adoption, and cross-sell. 
    • Reinforce Sendinblue’s position as an all-in-one Marketing and Sales platform and market leader by creating inspiring, compelling, and impactful value drivers and USPs.
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy and coordinate from the center of different activities across the marketing teams (acquisitions, brand, content) to ensure successful execution and consistency.
    • Manage, guide, and mentor the Product Marketing team to support their personal and professional development.
    • Serve as the voice of the customer: relaying market insights to the product team to foster a better understanding of the customer needs, product usage, and adoption patterns. 
    • Own the competitors’ overview on a regular basis, both at a product and at a messaging level. Share insights and knowledge to Marketing, Product, and Sales teams. 
    • Work alongside the content marketing team to establish Sendinblue’s thought leadership in the MarTech space by contributing to blogs, white papers, or other types of content, all while assessing the performance of B2B-targeted campaigns.


    • BA or BS degree (MBA preferred).
    • +8 years of Product Marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS B2B company. 
    • Proven experience building and leading high-performing Product Marketing teams.
    • Proven experience planning and running product launches and go-to-market strategies, working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales. 
    • Track record of leading a portfolio of products and solutions for multiple markets, verticals, and customer profiles for the same company.
    • Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal. Proven ability to articulate technical concepts to both professional and less mature audiences, while highlighting the uniqueness of our product. 
    • An ability to groom relationships, influence and motivate others, and handle a high-growth, fast-paced technology company. 
    • An ability to seamlessly operate and collaborate across teams, geographies, roles, cultures, and time zones. 
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude
    • Fluent in English; French or German a major plus.
