We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic candidate to join our North American Accounting/HR team. You will be reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, you will be in charge of the administrative work relating to Finance, HR, and Office Management.

As an Accounting/HR Administrator, you will:

    • Finance:
    • Manage vendor invoices
    • Utilize Yooz to manage invoices (importing invoices, GL coding,etc).
    • Manage Orca Cards Monthly 
    • Hoppier Management (Lunch Stipend)
    • Add new enrollees Submit IRA/RRSP Contributions monthly
    • Ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager.

    • HR 
    • Update and maintain employee information in HRIS.
    • Support Talent Acquisition with sourcing candidates and reviewing resumes.
    • Assist with annual benefit enrolments and benefits administration.
    • Reviewing and editing HR compliance documents/policies and employee handbook.
    • Help execute Social/Green events for North America
    • Plan team events (lunch and learn, quarterly team outings, etc)
    • Help answer HR inquiries via chat and/or email and direct the employees to the appropriate person if needed (i.e. HRBP)
    • Ad-hoc projects as assigned by the HR Business Partner.

    • Office Management
    • Manage travel arrangements - interoffice travel and business trips arrangements
    • Plan team events (lunch and learn, quarterly team outings, etc) and Eventinblue

What will contribute to your success:

    • Minimum 1-2 years experience in HR, Finance, preferably.
    • OR Current student pursuing a degree in HR/Accounting/ Business Administration
    • Enthusiastic team player
    • Organized and strong attention to detail
    • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels and departments.
    • Ability to learn quickly with training.
    • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

$50,000 - $55,000 a year
