We are looking for a technically-savvy Sales Operations Manager to join our Revenue team!
Someone who will lead operational projects to enhance Sendinblue growth and Sales/CSM productivity.

What you’ll do:

    • Manage all new projects related to Salesforce, Configure and maintain the Salesforce platform according to the needs of the Revenue teams (Sales and Customer Success)
    • Manage Salesforce integrations including WordPress, Tableau, Google Data Studio, G Suite, Zapier and Integromat
    • Partner numerous functions in the business, including BI/IT, HR, Marketing, Legal and Finance to ensure coordination of business projects and ensure future needs of Sales Management are addressed
    • Assist in training new users and growing the Salesforce skill set across the organization
    • Identify key drivers of revenue growth, pipeline trends, and untapped market opportunities

Preferred experience:

    • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce administration & Sales Operations position, preferably in a Startup / digital / tech environment
    • High attention to detail and strong work ethic
    • Autonomy, a can-do attitude, and enthusiasm
    • Excellent project management skills, and a positive attitude!
    • Experience in SQL, integrations tools (Zapier and/or Integromat)
    • An analytical profile with the ability to see beyond the numbers to create sound decision-making is appreciated
