We are opening our new Manhattan office in April and searching for someone who is energetic, self-driven and looking to grow with our US Sales and Marketing team.  

We are looking for our Brand Manager in the US market who will be working within the North American team and the Marketing team (+50 team members). You will report to the Head of the Global Brand and you will work in very close collaboration with our CEO of North America and Global PR & Communications Manager in order to increase brand awareness & favorability in the US market and to ensure brand consistency across all teams and channels. You will be responsible for managing all US events (in person and digital), developing and executing paid media campaigns, owning the influencer strategy, and coordinating global campaigns with the other brand managers. 

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, who gets things done and an inherent motivation to constantly find new, creative, ways to amplify our branding efforts. This is an incredible opportunity to drive tangible impact in a fast-growing SaaS scale-up. In this position, you will work closely with multiple teams here at Sendinblue.

As a Brand Manager, you will:

    • Create and implement a local brand activation strategy (channels, messaging, budget) for the US and NAM markets aligned with the NAM CEO and the global brand strategy. 
    • Plan and own the execution of organic and paid brand awareness campaigns, mainly digital (e.g. podcasts, influencers, advertorials, newsletter ads), to meet KPIs and achieve a positive ROI.
    •  Events: Select and organize both virtual and in-person events in close collaboration with the revenue team (trade shows, customer meetups, digital conferences) while ensuring impact and ROI. 
    • Understand the needs, wants, and goals of our US and NAM customers and tailor campaign efforts accordingly.
    • Ensure that tone of voice messages, visual elements, and overall story the tone of voice are adapted to the US market and well understood internally. Keep up to date with digital campaign programs and trends, understand audience behavior and serve as a champion for the NAM. 

What will contribute to your success:

    • At least 4 years of work experience as a Brand Manager or similar field, preferably in a B2B SaaS business. 
    • Degree in marketing, communications or a related field is a plus.
    • Proven ability to develop impactful marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives. 
    • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing SaaS environment. 
    • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising unique content & effective campaigns. 
    • Good understanding of the full marketing mix. 
    • A creative mind paired with data-driven thinking.  Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
