We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join the Performance Marketing team in our Paris office. 

The scope of this role is to own FR and LatAm partnership programs, with a strong growth goal, under precise CAC constraints.

What you will do:

    • Reporting and analyses:
    • Own channel KPIs for respective geos, report results and trends, and proactively work to optimize program effectiveness. 
    • Communicate results and recommendations based on data-driven analysis and align with internal teams to maximize impact: creative, product, tech, as well as other team members in marketing. 
    • Quantify and prioritize high-impact opportunities with a clear understanding of cost and revenue drivers. 

    • Help our partners grow:
    • Drive scaled optimization for each identified opportunity ensuring high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations.
    • Develop strong relationships with partners by understanding their businesses, the priority they give to Sendinblue as partners, and why they are recommending our tools and solutions.

    • Recruit new partners:
    • Identify additional opportunities to grow the programs by developing new relationships with affiliates and experts (marketing agencies).
    • Assess the cost-benefit, both from Sendinblue side and from the partner’s side to come up with a clear proposal.
    • Reach out to potential partners and pitch the proposal.
    • Help them to commit fast and follow-up regularly.

    • Manage our partner network:
    • You will manage a network of promotional partners in FR and LatAm and ensure they are aware of our product updates. You will also ensure every partner gets paid what they are owed in time.
    • Deal with monthly requests for invoices.
    • Deal with incoming requests and questions.
    • Identify “high-potential” partners that joined by themselves.
    • Build a solid onboarding for every partner.
    • Develop a long-tail partner network and grow it.

What will contribute to your success?

    • You have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on acquisition.
    • You have a deep understanding of marketing agencies and how they operate.
    • You have a very good web culture. You have built a blog or website and you know how to monetize an audience.
    • You have strong analytical skills and you only trust your numbers.
    • You are humble, open-minded, and you are addicted to checking your growth rates.
    • You speak French and Spanish fluently with ability to clearly articulate information that influences data-driven business decisions as well as display strong negotiation skills.
    • Ideally, you have experience collaborating with teams to achieve shared goals and have knowledge of SEO or SEM, GTM, cookies and attribution.
