About Your Role:

Your Typical Day:

    • Engage with a book of business of existing Enterprise and mid-sized customers around their strategic priorities and initiatives.
    • Work closely with CSMs to understand customer needs, challenges and opportunities 
    • Execute on an account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential 
    • Identify account growth opportunities using both the initial use case for Sendoso and finding new use cases in new parts of the customer org. 
    • Drive renewals across your book of business 
    • Effectively communicate customer feedback to sales leadership, customer success and product teams. 
    • Accurately forecast both growth and renewal opportunities and manage your book of business pipeline 
    • Exceed your quarterly and annual account expansion and renewal quota


    • 3+ years of B2B SaaS Sales/ Account Management experience 
    • A track record of high sales performance - exceeding quotas, winning sales awards, etc
    • Experience in managing complex sales-cycles and demonstrated ownership of territory and account management
    • An interest in technology - and the science and art of sales and marketing 
    • Experience in a startup environment is strongly preferred
