About Your Role: 

The Senior Sales Operations Manager is the go-to person responsible for implementing all operations-related functions and providing key analysis within the sales development team. You will help guide us on account planning and territory carving, forecasting, RoE guidance, sales strategy, pipeline growth methodologies, and other key administrative actions necessary to grow the business.

What You'll Do:

    • Play a key role in the headcount, quota, and territory planning process both quarterly and annually
    • Support compensation plan design and administration
    • Execute territory alignment updates within CRM and maintain reporting on regional coverage of the sales team
    • Proactively provide insights on actuals vs. plan and prepare VP-level presentations
    • Define and implement enhancements to the lead-to-cash funnel process
    • Measure and optimize marketing to SDR handoffs and SDR to sales handoffs
    • Author business process documentation in LucidChart, Google Slides, and Google Docs
    • Author business requirements documentation for IT to execute enhancements within Sendoso’s core sales & marketing systems
    • Lead implementation of new tools for the SDR team
    • Systematize access to knowledge and best practices
    • Build documentation and learning paths for new hires and in-seat SDRs

What You Bring:

    • Have 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, marketing ops, sales ops, or business operations
    • Understand how IT, sales, marketing, finance, and sales planning interweave with the SDR function
    • Can prove your ability to translate data into meaningful insights that drive business outcomes
    • Can demonstrate your ability to define and deliver on a project plan, while proactively identifying and removing blockers to project success
    • Understand how to translate business process changes into meaningful documentation
    • Can articulate the inputs that SDRs need to be productive from an enablement perspective
    • Possess the following technical skills: Salesforce Sales Cloud administration, reporting & dashboarding
    • Outreach sales engagement administration
    • Excel advanced is a must
    • SQL proficiency (nice to have)
    • Tableau proficiency (nice to have)
