Who we are 🚀

45 of the top 100 construction companies use Sensat to unlock the complexities of the physical world by digitising real locations. These digital replicas are helping leading infrastructure companies, such as Heathrow, Network Rail and HS2, analyse and understand project data to make smarter decisions on building and infrastructure requirements while also improving safety, cost-efficiency, project collaboration and reducing waste for a more sustainable built environment.

The company has raised $20m+ in venture funding to date and has been named as one of the 50 fastest-growing companies in London to accelerate your career in 2021 in Otta’s 2021 Rocket List, vetted by investors and technology leaders. We’re passionate and enthusiastic about our mission of providing civil infrastructure with autonomous tools to plan, build and manage projects and shape a sustainable world.

Want to help shape a new product category?

Want to work in a high-energy start-up with some of the brightest minds in tech today? Want to take the next step in your career to do work that really matters and help shape an industry and new tech category that goes beyond ‘digital twins’?  Then Sensat is the company for you.

With 38% of the world's carbon emissions coming from construction, civil infrastructure is one of the most destructive but least tech-enabled industries today. Sensat’s mission is to drive sustainability in civil infrastructure by automating the planning, building and management process.

By getting under the hood of our digital twin platform and understanding our customer’s needs, you will build out Sensat’s market position, messages and materials that drive product-led campaigns, finding the best ways to present these to target buyers so they realise Sensat's unique value, and demonstrating how our solutions can help overcome pain points, build sustainably and transform construction.

By undertaking and analysing market research, developing customer segmentation, use cases and sales tools, you will help nurture the product through its lifecycle, providing consistent marketing direction and vision along the way, and formulating sector-specific content that builds awareness, engages, acquires and activates prospects while helping shape a new tech category for civil infrastructure.

You will be the glue that brings marketing, product development and sales together through the go-to-market process, solving problems both internally and with our customers to ensure we always deliver value through clear articulation of our product-market fit, features and product roadmap.

This role will allow you to:

- Influence and shape our go-to-market strategy and offerings—working closely with product, sales and customer success teams
- Drive customer platform adoption through users activation, retention and overall lifecycle
- Define the product marketing role by leading and eventually growing the team
- Be part of a team passionate about sustainable development, helping reduce inefficiency and waste in one of the largest and most polluting industries on Earth

If you’re up for the challenge, happy to work independently but as part of a broader team that is reimagining the world we live in, then we want to hear from you.
