What you'll be working on

Sensible has a culture and a set of values that enable our product success while also making Sensible a place we where we all greatly enjoy working together. As our internal recruiter, you will be responsible to working with hiring managers to identify the people and roles that will continue to enable that success as we grow.

You will be responsible for supporting role definition as well as sourcing, managing interview processes, and creating an excellent candidate experience. You will have the space and encouragement in defining what talent acquisition looks like for Sensible, and utilizing the tools that make your vision possible. You will collaborate with and be supported by hiring managers that share a passion for quality talent acquisition.

Required Qualifications

    • Experience hiring software engineers, designers, and product managers
    • An understanding of values driven recruiting and team growth
    • A desire to build a high performing team, thoughtfully
    • The ability to proficiently speak to technical candidates about technologies we use
    • Authenticity and thoughtfulness
