Strategy Consultant

As a Strategy Consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring ongoing engagement, satisfaction, and retention. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to understand their goals, align on success metrics, and deliver tailored solutions that drive long-term value. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of customer behavior to proactively identify opportunities for growth and mitigate potential risks. By building trusted relationships and providing consultative support, you will help clients fully realize the potential of our platform. Your work will be essential in shaping the customer experience and contributing directly to overall business success.

What you’ll focus on:

    • Focus on supporting strategic accounts and maintaining long-term relationships
    • Lead client onboarding and training to ensure successful adoption of our platform
    • Conduct on-site visits and in-person meetings with clients to strengthen relationships and provide hands-on support
    • Leverage data-driven insights to craft compelling narratives that drive meaningful business outcomes for clients
    • Drive overall customer satisfaction and encourage engagement beyond primary users
    • Serve as the communication bridge between clients and internal product and engineering teams for bug reports and feature requests
    • Demonstrate strong situational awareness with the ability to accurately interpret and respond to dynamic client environments
    • Deliver exceptional customer support through email, phone, and messaging platforms

What we’re looking for:

    • 5 to 7+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing support role; experience in SaaS is a strong plus
    • Proven ability to manage day-to-day client and agency relationships both in-person and virtually, especially in the digital marketing space
    • A proactive and self-starting attitude with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment focused on retention and growth
    • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to deliver strategic insights that bring value to clients
    • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Exceptional communication skills including listening, presentation, writing, and speaking
    • Willingness to work onsite 2 to 3 days per week
    • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required
