Responsibilities
- Design and implement code review / QA / deployment / issue handling procedures.
- Plan & deliver on aggressive timeline on products & features.
- Conduct 1:1’s with individual engineers, mentor & inspire & train engineers to continue their career growth.
- Work cross functionally with product, sales, and marketing and create a seamless communication channel and partnership.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the mobile application marketing ecosystem with a proven history of scaling & managing engineering teams.
- Knowledge & firm grasp of core Sensor Tower technologies such as Rails, MongoDB, Knockout, Ansible, Sidekiq.
- Skilled manager; accomplished at pushing direct reports to get the best performance while building an atmosphere of trust and learning; Sets and communicates guiding goals; willing to roll up sleeves where needed to quash critical bugs and demonstrate correct tech architecture design.
- Experience making tough decisions and balancing risk and opportunity to innovatively scale and grow a technology organization.
