About this role:

The Sales Director (Account Executive) in Korea will be primarily focused on new business generation in the digital economy landscape You will work with local partners and mobile app companies to grow Sensor Tower’s presence in Korea. More importantly, you will be our brand ambassador, who will represent the true values and vision of Sensor Tower in that region.

What you will do:

    • Manage the full sales cycle by establishing and sustaining key relationships with clients, as well as identifying new sales channels and openly sharing business development opportunities.
    • Participate in industry events and utilize partnerships and marketing content to enhance top-of-funnel activities.
    • Identify client needs and challenges and propose effective solutions to address them.
    • Advise customers on using the Sensor Tower platform to promote our solutions that will help achieve their business objectives.
    • Engage with cross-functional teams (data science and engineering) and external stakeholders to continuously improve our product suite and data accuracy for the Korean market.
    • Generate local user insights and champion product improvements for the Korean market.
    • Have creativity and the ability to think strategically, and be willing to roll up your sleeve and get your hands dirty by managing a full sales cycle.

Experience you can bring:

    • Fluent in Korean and English languages.
    • Can work 2-3 days a week from our office in Seoul.
    • 7+ years of experience in meeting and exceeding quotas in sales roles, particularly within SaaS, technology, or mobile advertising sectors.
    • Possesses a well-established network in the retail, finance, mobile app, and gaming industry.
    • Demonstrated history of consistent performance and meeting sales targets.
    • Proficient in selling and negotiation, with strong skills in handling competitive objections and closing deals, all while attentively addressing customer needs.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills. Proficiency in understanding and interpreting complex data points.
    • Self-starting attitude and entrepreneurial spirit highly encouraged!
    • Enjoy working in small, fast-paced teams where you can take initiative and accountability, and generate results every day.
