As the Chief of Staff (COO) at SentiLink, you will work on all sales- and customer success-related initiatives, which range from analyzing retrostudy results and creating customer-facing materials to conducting preliminary analysis into new industry verticals to digging into SentiLink’s data to identify sales opportunities. You will work with our data science, risk operations, sales, customer success, product, and marketing teams and report directly to our COO. Ideal candidates should be detail oriented, extremely analytical, highly organized, and a go-getter who can operate with little instruction.

Responsibilities

    • Develop slides and business cases for customers by analyzing the results of customer pilots and retrostudies 
    • Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to determine new industry verticals 
    • Support all sales and customer-success initiatives, which may range from pricing analyses to developing customer-success best practices
    • Help to promote organization and communication across the sales organization and the company more broadly

Work Experience

    • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing and/or customer-supporting role
    • 1+ years of experience in a technical and/or analytical position
    • Proven track record of delivering above-and-beyond services to end-users
    • Experience working in environments with little guidance where you are doing things for the first time
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, get [stuff] done attitude, and a sense of humor
    • Familiarity working in financial services is a big plus
