Product Manager

San Francisco, CA
Full Time
SentiLink is a rapidly growing fintech company focused on preventing fraud in financial transactions. Customers leverage our products to detect and block synthetic identities, instances where the name, date of birth, and SSN don't correspond to a single real person. In January, SentiLink was listed by Business Insider as one of 47 Enterprise Startups to Bet Your Career On.

We are looking for our first Product Manager - a dedicated product individual who will help turn our vision of fraud prevention and identity solutions into reality by managing and driving the direction of our products in collaboration with our tech team, biz dev team, and our partners. SentiLink’s solutions range from user-facing to enterprise SaaS, and the Product Manager should be able to manage products on both ends of the spectrum. This individual will have tremendous exposure to and ownership of our products, business, and company - and helping to shape them as we grow and develop.

    • Own the product development lifecycle and roadmap - from ideation through specs, implementation, execution, and release to product iteration and improvements once live
    • Own the product prioritization process - gathering input, transforming suggestions into features, and communicating with our teams to ensure alignment
    • Own the product analytics function and measure success both at the individual product level and across the suite of products
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the needs and problems of our users and the space

Work Experience

    • 5+ years experience in fintech, lending, and / or fraud / risk management - and extreme thoughtfulness about identity
    • 5+ years diverse product management or similar experience
    • Understand tech and software development at least “enough to be dangerous”
    • Track record of successfully developing and launching products by working cross-functionally with multiple different teams
    • Capable of balancing business demands with product design
    • Able to be very detail-oriented, but also extremely organized and able to meet timelines

    • Work culture that gives you the time, space, and support required to build great things
    • Awesome co-workers and cool team activities (go-karting, scuba diving, blacksmithing, etc.)
    • Insurance (medical/dental/vision) for you and your dependents
    • 401k with matching
    • Unlimited PTO
