Software Engineer - Motion Planning and Control

Responsibilities

    • ​​Design, prototype, engineer, test, release, and launch cutting edge Motion Planning and Control features for autonomous driving vehicles.
    • Develop motion planner and vehicle controller for 4-wheeled vehicles based on Seoul Robotics’ cutting-edge 3D perception technology.
    • Deploy developed algorithms to the software products and optimize through simulation and real-vehicle tests.

Qualifications

    • Master’s degree in Computer, Electrical, Robotics, Mechanical, or relative fields
    • Experience or knowledge in planning and control algorithm development of autonomous vehicle
    • Strong C++ and Python development skills
    • Experience in ROS 2

Preferences

    • Ph.D degree in Computer, Electrical, Robotics, Mechanical, or relative fields or 3+ years of field experience developing high quality, performance-critical software
    • Familiar with typical software build and deployment process
    • Proficient in object-oriented software design
