Responsibilities
- Specialised in identifying, attracting, and hiring top engineering talents for autonomous driving engineering roles
- Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github
- Conducting technical interviews, and facilitating the hiring process
- Craft and send personalised recruiting emails with current job openings to potential candidates
- Participate in tech conferences and meet-ups to network with IT professionals
- Compose job offer letters
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Qualifications
- 8 yrs+ technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for our engineering roles
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting)
- BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree

- Having an own engineering network
- Experience in recruiting for engineering roles in autonomous driving technology
