Responsibilities

    • Specialised in identifying, attracting, and hiring top engineering talents for autonomous driving engineering roles
    • Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github
    • Conducting technical interviews, and facilitating the hiring process
    • Craft and send personalised recruiting emails with current job openings to potential candidates
    • Participate in tech conferences and meet-ups to network with IT professionals
    • Compose job offer letters
    • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
    • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

Qualifications

    • 8 yrs+ technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for our engineering roles
    • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
    • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting)
    • BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree

    • Having an own engineering network
    • Experience in recruiting for engineering roles in autonomous driving technology
