Why SEP for Your Design Career
At SEP, you won’t just design screens—you’ll define how systems behave. As a Senior Interaction Designer, you’ll embed with client teams to tackle complex, meaningful problems. From internal tooling to consumer-facing apps, you’ll shape behavior, logic, and flows that connect real-world needs with digital systems.
We’re not an agency—we’re a consultancy. We co-create with our clients, guiding not just what we build, but how we build it. Designers at SEP influence product direction, align cross-functional teams, and raise the bar for design maturity across industries.
Design maturity here grows through practice. You’ll solve real problems, reflect with peers, and share what works. Senior designers lead by example—coaching others through collaboration, critique, and modeling clear decision-making.
We value assertiveness and empathy in equal measure. You’ll need to read the room, push when it matters, and navigate ambiguity with care. It’s about asking better questions, asserting ideas thoughtfully, and knowing when to agree to disagree.
