The Wellbeing Consultant will join Sequoia at and exciting time as we continue to transform our industry. You will partner with our Wellbeing Team on the design, implementation and project management of health and wellbeing programs for some of our most innovative clients. You will provide and exceptional experience to these clients while delivering the best in service and solutions.

What You Get To Do

    • Partner with the Wellbeing Team on engaging clients in health and wellness activities 
    • Consult with clients on wellbeing initiatives and programs on an as-needed basis, helping with projects such as: needs-analysis, market/vendor evaluations, program design and program evaluation/metrics 
    • Partner with Product, Marketing and Wellbeing teams to identify, prioritize and produce consistent positioning and messaging
    • Develop customer-centric content that inspires and educates HR leaders to develop wellbeing programs. Ensure content is compelling and integrated across channels
    • Maintain knowledge of Health & Wellbeing industry by regularly participating in industry events, conferences, webinars and continuing education courses
    • Attend internal team meetings, participate on cross-functional project teams and provide training to internal teams
    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with client contacts 

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required 
    • 5 to 7 years of experience in wellbeing, marketing, HR or related field 
    • Ability to understand client needs and deliver results under tight deadlines 
    • Solutions-oriented team player who takes initiative and is accountable for results 
    • Creative mindset for program development 
    • Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask 
    • Passion for health and wellbeing 
    •  Write and concept educational materials for a professional audience
    •  Experience and willingness to create marketing materials and participate in the creative process with designers and web developers 
    • Certified Worksite Wellness Program Manager (CWWPM), Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist (CWWPM), or similar certification a plus.
