Sequoia Consulting Group – Client Service, Global
The Global Advisor will be responsible for global client management in numerous countries around the world. This role will involve global and local plan implementation and servicing, project management, and delivering an overall positive experience for our clients.

What You Get To Do

    • All aspects of global client management including: implementation, day-to-day client service, relationship building, and renewal management
    • Provide strategic analysis and consulting expertise for clients’ international benefit programs
    • Educate clients on benefit plan management and compliance with country and local laws
    • Manage global client projects to ensure successful outcomes
    • Effectively communicate and work across client organizations (HR, CEO, CFO)
    • Deliver on our brand of uncompromising client service


    • Global client service experience
    • Preferred local country employee benefits and global travel plan knowledge and experience.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask
    • BS/BA degree required
    • Ability to understand client needs and deliver results under tight deadlines
    • Solutions-oriented team player who takes initiative and is accountable for results
    • Detail and process-oriented thinker with strong analytical skills
    • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
