We take ownership of our clients’ needs and provide education to continuously improve the effectiveness and reduce the costs of our clients’ risk management programs.
 
Sequoia is looking for a Client Service Specialist, Risk Management to support our Client Service Managers and Client Service Consultants in leading our clients through implementation as well as overall management of the property and casualty (P&C)/risk programs.

What You Get To Do

    • Partner with Sequoia team members to manage the overall client experience
    • Foster strong relationships with Sequoia’s insurance carrier partners and vendors
    • Provide account management support and master the invoicing, certificates of insurance, and renewal preparation process, process final audits, request endorsements, summaries of insurance
    • Work directly with clients as needed during renewal process and throughout service cycle
    • Update agency management system, internal document storage systems and client portal
    • Serve as Service Center advocate and manage book, as needed 

Qualifications

    • 4+ years of experience in commercial insurance
    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • If not licensed, obtain a California Property & Casualty license within 3 months of start date
    • Organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Strong experience using SalesForce
