The Enterprise Benefit Operations Coordinator will help shape the benefit programs of some of the most exciting high-growth companies on the planet. You will get to impact, learn and grow through exposure to many areas of client management.
The benefit operations coordinator will play an important role in coming through for our largest clients: coordinate service activities with client service teams, interface with carriers and clients, create client deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met. The benefit operations coordinator will contribute to a wide variety of projects involving the data entry, review, analysis, design and communication of the clients full health and welfare benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability and voluntary benefits.

What You Get To Do

    • Provide direct day-to-day service for clients and coordinate activities with Sequoia client teams
    • Prepare and customize client communications
    • Analyze and compare vendor products, services and contracts
    • Design, distribute and evaluate responses to surveys and RFPs
    • Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by drafting RFPs and working with carriers and vendors on evaluating and providing recommendations
    • Prepare benchmarking analysis
    • Create and conduct employee education sessions
    • Enter and maintain client data into Salesforce throughout the annual client lifecycle
    • Ensure client data is accurate, completely captured and held confidential
    • Gather data from vendors and interpret data to be client friendly
    • Increase efficiency within client team by identifying ways to improve processes

Qualifications

    • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to prioritize, understand client and team needs, and deliver results under tight deadlines
    • Bachelor’s degree required
