The Client Service Manager will be responsible for client management, including: benefit program design and implementation, project management, and delivering an overall positive experience for our small group clients.

What You Get To Do

    • All aspects of client management including: implementation, day-to-day client service, relationship building, and renewal management
    • Provide strategic analysis and consulting expertise for clients’ benefit programs
    • Educate clients on benefit plan management and compliance with federal, state, and local laws
    • Create and conduct employee education sessions
    • Manage client projects to ensure successful outcomes 

Qualifications

    • 3-5+ years of client service, business development, and/or client relationship building
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask
    • Ability to communicate and work across client organizations (HR, CEO, CFO)
    • Solutions-oriented team player who takes initiative and is accountable for results
    • Detail and process-oriented thinker with strong analytical skills
    • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to understand client needs and deliver results under tight deadlines
    • Bachelor’s degree required
