HR Coordinator (Sequoia One)

As HR Coordinator at Sequoia One, you will be supporting our HR team on day to day tasks to ensure client needs are met.

What You Get To Do

    • Support HR Business Partners in all areas of HR/ account management, which includes the following:
    • Assist with HR projects, including compliance research, employee handbook creation and policy development
    • Respond to verbal and written verification of employment requests
    • Complete disability and unemployment claim forms
    • Monitor new hire on-boarding and connect with clients regarding I9 form status
    • Partner with labor law poster vendor and coordinate poster distribution to clients
    • Prepare and route termination documents
    • Respond to unemployment and disability claims
    • Process incoming client admin forms and update Salesforce
    • Create SOPs for internal processes


    • Solutions-oriented team player who takes initiative and is accountable for results
    • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
    • Detail and process-oriented thinker 
    • Bachelor’s degree required
