Our Operations Department seeks an Operations Lead to manage a group of technicians for our weekend shift. The Operations Lead plays an integral role in maintaining specialized equipment for the manufacturing of pharmaceutical tablets and capsules for FDA clinical trials.

Primary responsibilities are to oversee daily shift activities and perform manufacturing operations according to established procedures. This position is responsible for ensuring a high level of compliance with internal procedures and regulatory guidance. Adhering to strict standard operating procedures (SOP) and following good manufacturing practices (GMP) are required. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organizational and motivational skills, along with the ability to communicate proactively across departments to anticipate disruptions and meet production deadlines. Two years of industry experience is required for this level of supervisory responsibilities. Weekend schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday scheduled for 12-hour shift. This position is eligible for overtime and a shift differential.
