The housekeeper performs various duties to maintain the cleanliness of the facility to meet health & safety guidelines for the safety of our clients, staff, and visitors.
Duties
- Cleaning of assigned areas and tasks throughout the facility (may include but is not limited to wet mopping, scrubbing, dusting, sanitizing, emptying and cleaning trash receptacles, collet recycling and discarding garbage).
- Maintain the cleanliness of storage areas and notify the Team Lead if you notice a low on supplies.
- Ability to operate laundry equipment (evaluate facility’s linens, bedding/towels/ for damage) and organize clean laundry items on laundry carts for distribution in the zones.
- Reports equipment requiring repair or safety hazards to the supervisor/maintenance department.
- Organize clean laundry items on laundry carts for distribution in the zones.
- All other related duties assigned by your supervisor and the leadership of the Lodge.
