The Assistant Manager works with the Food and Beverage Manager, and Director to ensure that all needs in the department are met. The Assistant Manager will be required to serve guests and patrons for ultimate and overall customer service. This position manages, supervises, and leads the restaurant and lounge staff, oversees operations, and ensures customers have been taken care of according to South Beach Casino & Resort standards.

We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the successful applicant must be available to work various shifts and holidays.
