We are currently seeking a Fulfillment Zone Leader to lead a critical manufacturing area within our Specialty Graphics Division. This role is essential to our daily production success and is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about quality, process efficiency, and team development.

As a Fulfillment Zone Leader, you will oversee all production activities within your assigned area. You’ll be responsible for scheduling, workflow optimization, quality assurance, and team performance of a 24/7 operation. This includes ensuring visual standard work is followed, equipment is maintained, and staff are effectively trained and empowered to meet production goals. Your leadership will directly impact our operational success and customer satisfaction.

Fulfillment Zone Leader Responsibilities -

    • Lead and schedule staffing across lines, ensuring proper coverage and zone readiness
    • Communicate daily production plans and priorities in alignment with Production Control
    • Approve first pieces and ensure staging of materials to reduce work center downtime
    • Manage and track performance metrics: throughput, quality, and productivity
    • Ensure that team members understand expectations and receive proper training
    • Resolve safety, quality, or productivity issues promptly
    • Mentor and coach employees in procedures and equipment operation
    • Enforce company rules and maintain compliance with quality and environmental systems
    • Actively support and lead 5S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement efforts
    • Enter and maintain accurate data in ERP and Titan systems
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer demand and shipping schedules
    • Be capable of performing operational tasks within the zone when needed

What we are looking for in a Fulfillment Zone Leader -

    • Strong leadership abilities; team-oriented mindset
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to train and mentor team members in both procedures and equipment operation
    • High level of accountability with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
    • Minimum of five years' experience in a manufacturing environment
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Proficiency or willingness to learn the Titan system
    • Ability to read and interpret job tickets
